Our design team aimed to harmoniously blend classic and timeless styles with vibrant touches, all with a focus on sophistication and French Country charm. To produce lasting warmth and elegance, this home’s 7600 sq ft design features natural stone throughout both the interior and exterior spaces. Selections included marble in the main bathroom, black limestone for the screened-in porch floor, marble counters in other bathrooms, quartzite countertops in the kitchen, and soapstone for additional countertops. Floor-to-ceiling fireplaces in the great room and porch use stone and limestone that tie in with the exterior stone facade, while the patina stone wash adds refined character.
The homeowners requested unique spaces, including a main-floor primary suite, a study, a lower-level golf simulator, a bar, and a screened-in porch. These amenities combine comfort and leisure, creating spaces for both relaxation and entertainment. Their integration addresses daily needs while adding touches of luxury to everyday life. Each area aligns with the overall design, offering private retreats and social spaces within the home.
