Candice earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Maryville University and brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial interior design. Her work is defined by a thoughtful, client-centered approach and a refined ability to translate vision into highly personalized, functional spaces. Prior to joining Srote & Co, Candice owned and operated Youtopia Designs, LLC, where she built a strong foundation in design development, project management, and client collaboration. She is an award-winning interior designer whose work has been featured in numerous publications.

As Senior Interior Designer, Candice collaborates closely with architects, builders, and clients throughout all phases of the design process. Known for her intuitive understanding of client needs and her ability to balance creativity with precision, she delivers cohesive, well-executed interiors that are both timeless and distinctive.

Candice currently serves as President of the Missouri East Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers and is an active member of both ASID and the Home Builders Association, reflecting her commitment to leadership within the design community.
