Joe Page Joseph Page Architect

Joe Page, AIA, LEED AP

managing architect

As Managing Architect, Joe is intimately involved in shaping and executing Srote & Co Architects’ design process and client experience.  Joe is passionate about helping people tailor their house into a personalized home that fits their lifestyle and values, whether that be through a renovation, an addition, a new accessory structure, or a brand-new custom home.  Over his 20+ year career, Joe has gained a depth of knowledge in navigating the confluence of timeless home design and technical detailing to merge style with quality craftsmanship; quality not just for stunning finish materials, but also the building systems that are critical to providing healthy, comfy, efficient, resilient, and of course beautiful spaces to enjoy in your very own, custom-tailored home.

Overseeing building performance upgrades to hundreds of St. Louis area houses gave Joe the opportunity to first assess local housing to identify common problematic construction details and then work with owners to resolve their various home performance issues while also increasing efficiency.  Joe worked as a HERS Rater as well, to certify the performance of new houses by inspecting and testing them while under construction and upon completion.

Joe has been a long-time member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is NCARB accredited while currently licensed in Missouri and Illinois.  He graduated from Drury University with a Bachelors of Architecture and a Bachelors of Philosophy.  Joe started his career working on the north shore of Chicago before moving back to St. Louis to be near his large extended family and start a family of his own.  He now lives in the mid St. Louis County area with his wife, two kids and dog, Willow (who you’ll often find greeting you at the Srote & Co office door).
