Srote & Co Architects | Planners | Interiors is proud to announce the addition of Christine Chirco as project manager to their firm’s growing architectural and design team. Chirco, a certified LEED Green Associate, brings nearly a decade of professional experience to Srote & Co in residential and commercial design and a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas. She makes the move to Srote & Co from another prominent St. Louis area architecture design firm where she was responsible for developing floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings for residential design projects. Prior to her experience in residential design, Christine was employed by a highly regarded commercial firm in St. Louis with a focus on design and master planning for clients in the healthcare and education sector, such as SSM Health and University of Illinois-Springfield. In addition to her passion for architectural design, Christine’s experience extends into interior design territory and supported by her certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).
As an architectural Project Manager, Chirco will develop architectural building design plans in collaboration with the design and architect teams. She will consult with clients to understand their requirements and goals while ensuring compliance to any relevant codes. Project Managers also create schedules and other documentation for the project while tracking budgets and overseeing tasks in relation to the project schedule.
“We are very pleased to welcome Christine to our firm,” stated Robert Srote, architect and principal of Srote & Co Architects. “Her expansive range of architectural design, planning and interior design experience will create added value to our clients and allow us to increase production in our residential and commercial divisions.”
