Srote & Co Architects was recently honored at the USA & Americas Property Awards in the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Toronto for their project "Rittenhouse", a home designed and constructed in the heart of Kirkwood, Missouri. Srote & Co competed against the best architectural design professionals across the USA & Americas regions to be recognized in the Architecture Single Residence category and presented with a Five-Star Award. The project also achieved a regional nomination for the Americas region. The USA & Americas Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts and is the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized program throughout the regions. Entries are judged on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The Rittenhouse project already gained local attention and has been featured in multiple print publications after its 2018 completion. The City of Kirkwood also recognized Srote & Co Architects with a "Favorite Building Award" for the home’s design and planning.
